TRIMETRI, leading the Scheduling, Steering and Coordination mission, is responsible for liaising and coordinating between the Project Manager, participating companies, the Construction Site Manager, and in general with all other participants in the realisation of the project. We can put together a project management schedule and coordinate the progress of the works in order to respect the overall deadlines laid down in the project documents, and to ensure that the works are delivered as per the specifications. We can use our expertise in Scheduling, Steering and Coordination missions to help you with:
Scheduling by drawing up a planning programme for the technical documents and the works to be carried out.
Steering and managing site meetings with all parties involved
Coordination and organisation of work on site
